Techniques

Circles & Dots

We love this technique! Let us show you how.

1.  Choose you piece
2.  Pick your paint and be sure to choose a light and dark of each color
3.  Line up all of the chosen colors from light to dark
4.  Paint 1/4 of the background one solid color
5.  Paint the remainder another solid color
6.  Start in middle using the lightest color and paint the biggest dot
7.  Add the darker color in a smaller dot on top, working from inside out creating your pattern
8.  Each row will start with the last color used in line until you work all the way out to the edge
9.  Fill in areas with white dots as well as a final dot on tip of each row
